29. Pont Alexandre III Bridge

It was built for the 1900 Exposition Universally, the fair that saw the introduction of radio, escalators, talking films, and the world’s most powerful microscope. Named after the Russian Tsar Alexander III, it commemorates the alliance of Russia and France in 1892. The Tzar was quite loved in France since he could speak French as fluently as a native.
