In 1760, an earthen dam (Ajan Dam) was developed, to spare the town, from this yearly idea of nature. 1. Lohagarh Fort

5. Deeg

Constructed by Raja Ram Singh, Band Baretha is a tiny village 44 km from Bharatpur. Formerly known as Shreepast and Shri Prasastha. The dam is the largest of its kind in all of Bharatpur and provides drinking water to Bharatpur and several adjoining villages.
